Theodore Grey London 14-Day Returns Policy

At Theodore Grey London, we are dedicated to delivering timeless, high-quality products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, subject to the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and with all original packaging and protective films intact.

1.2. Returns cannot be accepted if items show signs of wear, including marks or scratches.

1.3. Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

1.4. For faulty or damaged items, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1. To request a return, please email our Customer Service team at info@theodoregreylondon.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for your return

2.2. Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions and a prepaid returns label.

3. Return Shipping

3.1. A £3.50 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each return label issued.

3.2. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

3.3. If you prefer, you may arrange your own tracked return shipping at your own cost.

4. Inspection & Approval

4.1. Once we receive your return, the item will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

4.2. You will be notified via email if your return has been approved or rejected.

5. Refunds

5.1. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

5.2. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Exclusions

6.1. We do not currently accept international returns.

6.2. Personalised, customised, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
